KB and K series vacuum cleaners include a maintenance free three phase side channel suction unit made out of aluminium casting, with direct impeller coupling to the motor, fixed onto the base of the chassis, hence ensuring a very good stability to the machine.
A safety release valve is fitted onto the vacuum unit inlet to prevent the machine from overheating in case of overcharging during continue working operation.
The machine is fitted with an electric box including a magneto-thermic safety switch. The machine is switched on & off through two push buttons fitted on the front panel of the electric box. A long electric cable is supplied together with the machine.
The high efficiency filtering system includes a very large surface area L class polyester filter, easy to clean by means of an electric filter shaker to be actuated by means of a push-button.
When vacuuming toxic materials, an upstream 10 m² surface H14 class HEPA filters with 99,995% M.P.P.S method efficiency, is available as option.
The vacuum gauge fitted on the machine permits monitoring of the filtering system efficiency.
The vacuumed material is collected into a 90 or 175 litres capacity container easy to release thanks to an innovative mechanism. The built-in container handle permits to lift and empty the latter with a forklift in case it is too heavy for the operator, thus without any other optional accessories.
The frame is made of sheet and pipe iron steel, sand-blasted and painted with epoxy powder colour grey Ral 9006 giving to the machine an outstanding robustness.
Two fixed and two rotating wheels (with respective diameters of 200 and 150 mm, or 250 and 200 mm) fitted with brakes ensure an outstanding manoeuvrability when moving the machine.
